NeewEd is a subsidiary of Chinedu and Son Investment Nigeria Limited. Our services range from developing affordable Residential Homes, Property Management, and Construction. We are partners with Dangote Group, BUA Cement Plc, U-World Digital LLC, and several other companies. We are currently developing a Smart Residential Estate in the heart of Asaba the Capital City of Delta State, Nigeria.

A Director at Chinedu and Sons Investment Nigeria Limited, with years of dedicated service, he founded NeewEd Ventures as a subsidiary of Chinedu and Sons Investment Nigeria Limited to develop Smart Luxury Homes through a blend of innovative building techniques and digital technology.
